The normal order processing time is 48 hours-7 days (depending on product) during business days (monday through friday). Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited-edition launches and restocks, the shipping and delivery time may vary.

• Express – Aus post 3-5 Business Days - $30

international

• Shipping lead times will vary. Typical lead time expected can be 7-14 business days post fulfillment. Cost calculated at checkout.

CocoBBeauty is not responsible for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes and delays, or extra fees and back-end charges once the package has exited the united states.

packages undeliverable by fedex, usps, dhl, and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

CocoBBeauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team before 48 hours directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
